Orange Cyberdefense launches “Mobile Security Intense”, an offer to secure mobile communications for businesses and the public sector. This managed service offer covers voice, video, instant messaging and file transfers, and was developed through a partnership with French security vendor Ercom. “Mobile Security Intense” completes the Orange mobile security portfolio, in line with its strategy of widening access to cyberdefense tools.
In an era where mobility is a daily reality for many employees, companies are becoming aware of the risks associated with insufficiently protecting their communications and sensitive data. “Mobile Security Intense” is a tremendous step forward in widening access to communication security, even for smaller organizations. This new Orange Cyberdefense offer is a highly secure, easy-to-deploy and easy-to-use trusted solution for its customers in France.
Based on Ercom Cryptopass, a SaaS cross-platform mobile application to secure voice, video, instant messaging and data transfers, the offer includes end-to-end encryption for all communications, and ensures complete confidentiality of exchanges between devices on which the application is installed and duly authorized by Orange Cyberdefense.
Mobile fleet managers can directly manage users they want to secure from the Orange Cyberdefense managed service portal hosted in France. Orange Cyberdefense supports its customers throughout their journey: from initial deployment and customization, to training and support. For users, the application provides a user friendly and intuitive interface, associated with a single level of security, currently in the process of obtaining the CSPN (*) certification from ANSSI (**).
Finally, “Mobile Security Intense” is natively able to scale to the number of devices that can be onboarded and to the panel of services that can added over time.
